Asset Backed is delivered as a structured service module that keeps SPC mandates bankable and well-governed. QFC SPCs can enter loan or hedging arrangements and grant security interests to support structured financing obligations. SPCs must appoint at least one director, a secretary, and a Senior Executive Function (SEF).
