Facility Size is a service channel that coordinates sponsors, SSP, and advisors around SPC mandates. QFC SPCs have no minimum share capital and are typically exempt from audited accounts and annual general meetings unless directed otherwise. SPCs must appoint and retain a Support Services Provider (SSP) that can provide registered-office and administrative support.
