Compliance Checks

The Compliance Checks step keeps cross-border conversations structured and ensures the right stakeholders are looped in early. Under QFC rules, SPCs may carry out Special Purpose Company Activities such as acquiring, holding, and disposing of assets, subject to their licence. SPCs must appoint and retain a Support Services Provider (SSP) that can provide registered-office and administrative support.
